This 40-bed regional health care facility boasts a modern and well-equipped surgery suite, Family Birthing Center, renal dialysis unit, physical and occupational therapy center and the full-spectrum of outpatient services including laboratory/drug screening, CT scanning, mobile MRI and chemotherapy. Our community health outreach services include school nursing, Corporate Wellness Program, childhood and adult immunizations, well-elderly clinics, cancer early detection programs, cholesterol screenings and blood pressure screenings. Our home care and hospice services and staff are award winning. Our physician clinics located in Algona and Bancroft, saw 40,000 patient visits in FY 2002. Kossuth Regional Health Center knows the value of partnership and we are proud to be a member of the Mercy Medical Network — North Iowa. The Mercy Network was recently honored as one the top 100 integrated health care networks in the nation, for the second consecutive year.
