DASHING ALL THE WEIGHT

It’s that time again!  To encourage healthy eating and increased activity during the holidays we will once again be having the “Dashing all the Weight” program.  This program is free to YMCA members!  Come in anytime during the week of Thanksgiving and a YMCA staff person will weigh you in private.  You will be asked to weigh out the 1st week of the new year.  As long as you have maintained or lost from your original weight you will be entered into a drawing for fabulous prizes!  Stop by the Y for more information.

HALLOWEEN AT THE YMCA

We had an amazing turnout at our annual kids Halloween Party on October 25th.  Approximately 125 kids and 112 adults attended.  Kids were able to participate in games such as sack races, ring tosses, pumpkin candy tosses and crafts such as fall leaf bracelets, Frankenstein paper plates, and mummy candy holders!  A great time was had by all!
