Iowa Lakes Community College
in Partnership with the Employer's Council of Iowa Presents:
HELPING YOUR EMPLOYEES SHINE! - Coaching and Feedback
True or False - A big part of your job is to help employees be their best
and reach their potential? True! Paul Bryant said, "No coach has ever won
a game by what they know, it's what the players know that counts." That's
certainly true in the workplace, too! No matter what the industry or job,
employees across the board say effective, on-going feedback is key.
In this interactive program we will discuss:
* the things that need to be done before, during, and after coaching an
employee.
* the differences between formal and informal coaching.
* high impact questions that will get the employee talking.
* how to handle objections you may receive from employees during a coaching
session.
* a tool to help you document coaching sessions.
Join us and learn how to help your employees do their best work and truly
shine!
