KCEDC Golf Outing Offers Opportunity to Network

The Kossuth County Economic Development Corporation is once again sponsoring the Kossuth County Intern Golf Outing this year.  Helping plan the event are the Career/Intern and Intern Advisory Committees.  The golf outing will take place at the Whittemore Golf Club on June 18th at 1:00 p.m., with a rain date of July 9th. 

Many Kossuth County businesses have contributed toward covering the interns’ green fees, meals and cart rentals.  Many businesses have already donated funds towards the meal, cart rentals and green fees along with promotional items for gifts.  Whittemore businesses are making sure our interns are going to enjoy their golf outing in Whittemore.  KCEDC really appreciates their commitment to welcome our summer interns. 

Last year’s event had a great turn out that consisted of interns and area businessmen.   This is just one of the events that is sponsored by Kossuth County Economic Development Corporation for the summer intern programs.  These initiatives have been successful in networking opportunities for our area interns.  Anyone interested in learning more about our Intern Program can visit the KCEDC website at www.kossuth-edc.com.
