said NE ¼ to the POB.; thence 89º19’33”
E 2120.17 feet parallel to the North of said NE ¼ thence
South 394.39 feet thence South 89 º16’51” West
459 feet, thence N 75 º53’51” West 462.46 feet,
thence South 14 º06’09” West 116 feet to the
Northern Right of Way Lone of the Soo Line Right of Way line to
the West Lone of said NE ¼ thence N 00 º06’36”
East 77.79 feet along said West Line to the POB containing 14.17
acres.

to the NW corner of Block 1 of said Dullard’s Addition,
being also the Point of Beginning. Thence continuing South 89º31’00”

East, along said East line, 330 feet to the South line of said
