15 Compassionate Friends Meeting: This is a support group for those who have experienced the death of a child, grandchild, brother or sister at any age; these meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month (except July and December) from 7:30 - 9:00 pm at the Algona Public Library. 20 Sixth Annual "Fishing Contest" at County-owned "Siems Park" southeast of Whittemore on Blacktop B-44 (200 Street); Free, fun and exciting for all 3-103! A great family-oriented event!
